Access control system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, implementation, maintenance and support of an access control system for ROC van Amsterdam - Flevoland and Voortgezet Onderwijs van Amsterdam. The contract covers all locations and includes hardware, software, services, transition to a cloud solution, and migration to support both MIFARE Classic and MIFARE DESFire EV3 cards. The bidder must submit a UEA, references proving relevant experience, and later provide supporting documents such as a Chamber of Commerce extract, a GVA, tax clearance evidence and insurance proof. The bidder must also meet the required financial capacity and exclusion-ground declarations.
