Supply and implementation of a case management system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and implementation of a case management system for Groningen Seaports. The contractor must deliver technical implementation, organisational implementation, user licences, integrations with Microsoft 365 and MS Teams, and ongoing maintenance. Bidders must submit a signed ESPD, at least 3 references, a signed personal data consent form, a signed declaration of no Russian involvement, a current trade register extract, a price sheet and a price specification.
