Summary

Ágora – Culture and Sports of Porto is procuring the design, development, launch, maintenance and support of a website for Balcão Cultura Porto. The platform will provide public information on cultural funding and creative centres, a registered-user area for applications and space reservations, and a content-management back office; it must operate in Portuguese and English. The 26-month contract includes up to 190 hours of maintenance and support in 2027–2028. The procurement is not divided into lots.
