Summary

The tender concerns the supply and management of corporate clothing, personal protective equipment and footwear, including laundry, repair and related logistics services for the Municipality of Tilburg. It is a framework agreement for six years with two possible one-year extensions, so the maximum term is eight years. The estimated value is EUR 1,012,000 excluding VAT and the maximum value is EUR 1,250,000 excluding VAT. The contractor must also provide a web shop, fitting and measuring services, logo application, laundry and repair services, reporting, and logistics for collection and return of items. The award is based on best price-quality ratio, with quality criteria for implementation, continuity, demo web shop and a fitting trial, plus price. To participate, the bidder must submit the UEA, a recent trade register extract, a non-Russian involvement declaration, reference forms, a product catalogue, a price sheet and the materials required for the trial fitting and proof of concept. Qualification requirements include relevant references, ISO 27001 or equivalent information security management, and ISO 14001 or equivalent environmental management.
