Summary

The tender concerns the supply, maintenance and repair of office furniture for the Municipality of Purmerend. The municipality wants to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier for office furniture in various brands and types, including related items such as lamps, internal window coverings, meeting furniture, acoustic furniture, special office furniture, modular project tables, quiet booths, office design advice and custom measuring and furniture supply. The contract runs for 3 years from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with an option to extend it three times by 1 year. The maximum value under the framework agreement is EUR 3,400,000. The award criterion is best price-quality ratio, with 50 points for the presentation of the action plan and 50 points for transparency in price build-up. To participate, the bidder must submit the tender via TenderNed in Dutch, include all required documents, and comply with the tender documents and programme of requirements. Key requirements include a valid dealer statement or manufacturer confirmation for the named brands or equivalent brands, a 10-year all-in warranty for new furniture and 5 years for refurbished or externally used furniture, and the ability to maintain and repair existing furniture. The bidder must also show relevant experience through three reference projects and meet the exclusion grounds and UEA declarations.
