Control room services and alarm response

Summary

The tender concerns 24/7 control room services and alarm response for ROC van Amsterdam - Flevoland and VOvA. The contract also includes optional opening, fire and closing rounds and optional opening and closing of buildings. The estimated annual value is about EUR 190,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum budget ceiling of EUR 210,000 excluding VAT for the tendered prices. The bidder must have experience with at least one reference for control room services and one reference for alarm response, each for a client with at least 20 locations, and each reference must be no older than three years. The bidder must also hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, an ND permit, and the alarm centre must comply with NEN-EN 50518. Liability insurance of EUR 2,500,000 per event and EUR 5,000,000 per contract year is required.
