Supply, installation and renovation of play and sports equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation and renovation of play and sports equipment for the municipalities of Dordrecht, Papendrecht and Zwijndrecht under a framework agreement. The contract covers delivery and installation of equipment, parts supply, optional installation of parts, adaptation of existing equipment, and on request design proposals and 3D presentation drawings. The tender is divided into four lots: RVS main structure, wooden main structure, steel main structure and sports equipment. A bidder must submit the UEA, a price form, a signed PVE, a criminal sanctions declaration and the other documents listed in the tender documents. For the play equipment lots, the bidder must show relevant experience with at least one reference per lot from the last three years, meeting the minimum play-value, accessibility, age, circular reuse and value requirements. The bidder must also meet insurance, VCA*, environmental management and trade register requirements, and comply with the technical standards, warranty, spare-part availability and delivery deadlines set out in the documents.
