Software broker services

Summary

The tender concerns software broker services for the Province of Utrecht. The contractor must supply, manage and advise on standard software licences and Microsoft licences, including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS services, and must support renewals, cancellations, reporting, portal access, mini-competitions and market-conform pricing. The contract is a framework agreement for 24 months, extendable twice by 12 months, with a maximum term of 48 months. To participate, the bidder must submit the UEA, a recent trade register extract, the Russian involvement declaration, and reference evidence for the required core competences. The bidder must also have business liability insurance of at least EUR 1,000,000 per event and EUR 2,500,000 per year, and hold ISO 27001 or equivalent information security certification. The tender also requires a clear description of the implementation approach, reporting and information provision, mini-competition support, and market-conformity measures.
