Garden and grounds maintenance

Summary

The tender concerns garden and grounds maintenance split into two lots: Ulicoten and Bleiswijk. The contract is a framework agreement for services. The bidder must provide a technical offer and a price offer, comply with the sustainability and safety requirements, and submit the required reference form and UEA. For Lot 1, the bidder must show at least EUR 67,500 of relevant garden maintenance experience with one client in the last three years; for Lot 2, at least EUR 36,000. The work includes mowing, pruning, maintenance of lawns, planting beds, borders and trees, removal of resulting material, and weed control. New planting is not counted as relevant experience.
