Quantitative effects of nitrogen-removing measures

Summary

The tender concerns a research services contract on the quantitative effects of nitrogen-removing measures. The contractor must study how such measures affect the nitrogen cycle and ecological restoration of wet, low-productivity, base-rich habitats with short vegetation, and deliver a report, interim outputs, a practical assessment framework and communication outputs. The award is based on best price-quality ratio. The bidder must submit a signed ESPD, a recent trade register extract, reference projects in wet ecosystems, a statement on no Russian involvement, a price sheet, and a quality plan.
