Provision of Demonstrations in the Livestock Sector

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation and delivery of agricultural demonstrations in Latvia’s livestock sector, including establishment, equipment, implementation, promotion and dissemination of results. It has three lots: extended grazing and feeding management for dairy cows; the impact of genetic quality indicators on genomic results and herd competitiveness; and reproduction strategy planning for a family dairy farm using a robotic milking system. Bidders may apply for one or more lots and must submit a technical offer, financial offer and the required declarations and supporting documents electronically by 28 September 2026. The contract may run from January 2027 until 31 August 2029. The economically most advantageous offer is selected using price (60 points) and the number of animals involved in the demonstration (40 points).
