VTH case management system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, implementation, operation and maintenance of a SaaS-based VTH case management system for VRMWB’s work processes. The solution must support processes for permits, supervision and enforcement, fire safety, safe living, environmental safety and brandveiligheid. The bidder must take into account migration of about 110 users, around 87,900 cases/files and around 727,879 documents. The tender includes implementation, operating and consultancy costs and a quality evaluation based on three substantive award criteria. The bidder must submit the UEA, a reference, an information security form, the price quotation and the written response to the award criteria. Key requirements also cover Dutch-language delivery, training, migration, DMS, PDF editing, geo-viewer, DSO integration, APIs, information security, data protection and an exit/re-transition plan.
