Summary

The tender concerns a responsibility system delivered as a SaaS solution, including data conversion, technical and organisational implementation, and user support. The solution must support SbJH, The Hague and Wassenaar, as well as consortiums and other H9 municipalities. It must work with the existing message broker EnableU, support BRP integrations, declaration handling, SEPA payment files, workflows, reporting, security and data export. The bidder must take into account that there are more than 700 users and that functional administration is carried out by the contracting authority. The procedure is open, with award weighting of 75% quality and 25% price.
