Deratisation, disinsection and disinfection services at properties managed by SIA Rīgas nami

Summary

SIA Rīgas nami is procuring deratisation, disinsection and disinfection services for properties it owns, manages or maintains, including schools and kindergartens, social and rental housing, and commercial properties. The estimated three-year quantities are approximately 522,000 m² for deratisation, 3,111,000 m² for disinsection, 10,000 m² for disinfection and treatment of 300 wasp nests, across approximately 530 properties in Riga and the surrounding areas specified in the tender documents. The procurement is not divided into lots and has a maximum planned value of EUR 400,000 excluding VAT. The contract is planned for 36 months from 1 February 2027, with a possible extension of up to 24 months if the maximum contract value has not been used.
