State Real Estate is seeking a supplier of ASSA ABLOY lock mechanisms, door hardware and spare parts, together with installation and repair services at Talejas Street 1 and other properties it owns or manages in Latvia. The items include access-control equipment, electrical locks and related components. The procurement is not divided into lots and is planned for 36 months or until the contract value reaches EUR 150,000 excluding VAT; an extension may bring the total term to no more than 48 months.
