Development and production of cosmetic product formulations for the Institute of Horticulture

Summary

The Institute of Horticulture is procuring the development of cosmetic product formulations and the manufacture of the resulting products. The procurement is not divided into lots and provides for a one-year framework agreement, or until the total contract value of EUR 41,999 excluding VAT is reached. Orders will be placed as needed; the framework agreement may be concluded with one to three suppliers.
