Implementation and maintenance of the Jelgava municipality energy management system

Summary

The procurement concerns the implementation and maintenance of the Jelgava municipality energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001:2018. The contract covers 36 months and approximately 130 objects. The supplier will develop and maintain the energy management system, collect and analyze energy consumption data, integrate data from multiple sources, provide energy performance monitoring capabilities, and deliver training, internal audits, and required documentation while ensuring data protection. Proposals will be evaluated as the most economically advantageous, with price and other criteria taken into account.
