Cemetery data management in Bauska municipality

Summary

The procurement covers the management of data for 96 cemeteries in Bauska municipality, with a total area of 114.99 hectares, in the tenderer’s computer program for 36 months. The system must support integrated display of geographic and textual data on maps and in tables, including management of cemetery plans, graves, burials, infrastructure, events, statistics and service invoices, as well as publication of data for residents. It must be accessible via the internet, operate on open technologies and standards, and be usable on mobile devices. The tenderer must maintain and update the data, ensure security and backups, provide data in a structured machine-readable format when required, and provide unlimited consultations for at least ten cemetery administrators. The estimated contract value does not exceed EUR 41,999.99 excluding VAT. The contract will be awarded to the compliant tenderer offering the lowest price.
