Summary

The tender covers the development or adaptation, implementation, integration and maintenance of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The solution must support planning of employees, equipment, premises and projects, working-time and cost accounting, reporting and mobile use. Mandatory requirements include 30 heavy-user and 820 light-user licences, a web application, mobile access, on-premises deployment, Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory authentication, Horizon and Outlook integrations, at least 99% monthly availability, and a 48-month contract term. The maximum estimated contract value is EUR 545,000 excluding VAT, and initial production implementation must be completed within 16 months.
