Preparation of a Conservation Project and Author Supervision for the Medieval Castle Ruins of Smiltene

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of a conservation project and author supervision for the medieval castle ruins at Smiltenes Senpils in Kalnamuiža, Smiltene Municipality. The project must cover surveys, measurements, technical assessment, conservation solutions, construction documentation, quantities, cost calculations and approvals with the municipality, the National Heritage Board and other authorities. The design phase must be completed within 90 calendar days of the contract becoming effective. Author supervision will begin only after funding for the conservation construction works has been secured and those works have started, continuing until completion and acceptance of the construction works. The procurement is not divided into lots, and a tender must cover the entire scope. Offers must be submitted electronically in Latvian by 15 September 2026. The economically most advantageous offer will be selected: price accounts for 95 points and the responsible architect's experience for 5 points.
