Voice communications platform modernization

Summary

The tender covers the modernisation of Latvijas Republikas prokuratūra’s existing Mitel/Unify OpenScape 4000 voice communications platform: upgrading the software to version 11R1, virtualising the system and the Oracle Enterprise Session Border Controller, migrating SIP connections to IP technology, implementing endpoint management and a unified communications platform, migrating users, preparing documentation and training staff. The package includes software licences and at least three years of manufacturer support for the vOS4K, vSBC, EM and UC solutions. The maximum estimated contract value is EUR 70,000 excluding VAT, and the delivery period is two months from contract signature. Price is the only award criterion, and the compliant tender with the lowest total price will be selected. The tender must be submitted electronically by 1 October 2026.
