Consulting services for Oracle software products

Summary

The tender concerns consulting services for the Oracle software products used by the Latvian tax authority for three years from contract entry into force, but not earlier than 30 November 2026. The service includes technical support, remote and, where necessary, on-site consultations, system health checks, installation, configuration, migration, problem resolution and restoration of system availability. The support centre and specialists must be located in Latvia and the service must be provided in Latvian. The estimated contract value is EUR 173,550 excluding VAT. The bidder must demonstrate proper registration, a liquidity ratio of at least 1.00, positive equity and a team holding the required Oracle certifications. The tender must cover the entire scope and be submitted electronically through the procurement system; price is the only award criterion.
