Updating the FLUX Transport Layer and Connecting It to the TerraVision VMS System

Summary

The tender concerns reconfiguration of the Latvian Environmental Service’s fishing-vessel satellite monitoring system, TerraVision VMS, together with updating and connecting the FLUX Transport Layer. The work includes upgrading the FLUX test and production servers to version 2.2 or a newer tested version, configuring server components, connecting the system to TerraVision, and ensuring data exchange with the European Commission, EU Member States and other relevant authorities. The contract is not divided into lots, the maximum estimated value is EUR 17,484.17 excluding VAT, and the service must be completed by 1 February 2027. Price is the only award criterion. Participation requires proper registration, at least one qualifying integration project, authorization from OmniTracking Systems, access to FLUX technical documentation, and a suitably experienced specialist.
