Services required for arranging business trips

Summary

The tender concerns a single contract for travel-management services for business trips, including booking, purchasing, delivery, changes and cancellations of air, rail, bus and water-transport tickets, hotel reservations, charter flights, travel insurance, visas, car rentals and related services worldwide. The contract will run for up to 24 months or until the contract value of EUR 400,000 excluding VAT is reached, whichever comes first. The estimated submission deadline is 24 September 2026. Offers must cover the entire scope and be submitted electronically in the procurement system in Latvian. The economically most advantageous offer will be selected using four criteria: total trip cost (35 points), total travel time (30 points), hotel-to-event distance (25 points) and intermediary service fees (10 points).
