Maintenance and Updates for Trimble Software Licences

Summary

The procurement concerns maintenance and updates for the Trimble software licences used by the Latvian Geospatial Information Agency from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The service includes access to software updates and upgrades and standard technical support for nine licence sets: eCognition Architect NPO (1), eCognition Developer/Server Bundle NPO (1), MATCH-T DSM (1), MATCH-AT (1), DTMaster Stereo (1), OrthoMaster (2), MATCH-3DX (1), MATCH-3DX Meshing Add-on (1) and OrthoVista (2). The licences are for use in Latvia. The bidder must be an authorised Trimble representative with authority throughout the contract period to sell, distribute, install and support the software. The bid must be submitted electronically, cover the full scope and contain only one variant. The technical offer must commit, among other things, to starting technical support within no more than 4 working hours, diagnosing licence problems within 1 working day and providing a solution to a critical incident within 1 working day. The compliant bid with the lowest total price wins. No tender guarantee or advance payment is required.
