Renovation works to the premises in Building C, Phase 4 (West Wing)

Summary

The CNRS is procuring renovation works to the premises in the west wing of Building C at the Joseph-Aiguier campus in Marseille. The procurement is divided into nine lots: demolition and structural works; partitions and suspended ceilings; floor and wall finishes; interior and exterior joinery; metalwork; painting and cleaning; heating, ventilation and plumbing; and low-voltage, power and fire-safety electrical systems. The contract comprises one firm tranche and four optional tranches; the planned duration of the firm tranche is 34 weeks, including four weeks of preparation.
