Renovation works for the leisure area at Fort de la Hougue

Summary

The procurement covers the renovation of building 52, the function hall at Fort de la Hougue in Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue. The building will be upgraded to meet thermal, fire-safety and accessibility requirements, with a catering area, compliant toilets, changing room, furniture storage, reception room and outdoor cocktail area. The works also include demolishing the disused sanitary extensions to buildings 32 and 33 and a boat shed; building 33 will be retained for storing outdoor furniture. The contract is divided into three lots: earthworks, roads and utilities, and landscaping with two optional phases; structural and other building works; and plumbing, heating, ventilation and electrical works. The contract duration is 13 months.
