Lande Touzard Road Maintenance Facility Restructuring and Extension

Summary

Rennes Métropole is procuring construction works to restructure and extend the Lande Touzard road maintenance facility in Rennes. The project covers the refurbishment of the existing hall and construction of a new extension, with a final usable floor area of 1,068 m², including 816 m² of unheated space. The works are divided into 15 separate lots, covering, among other things, demolition and asbestos removal, earthworks, structural works, roofing and façades, interior finishes, building services and a photovoltaic installation.
