Rehabilitation of a dwelling in the Berny block, La Seyne-sur-Mer

Summary

SAGEP is procuring works to convert a building in La Seyne-sur-Mer into a townhouse. The works include renovating, raising and extending the building on plot AM468, refurbishing the façades and replacing the windows and doors; the existing building on plot AM469 will be demolished. The procurement is divided into five lots: asbestos removal, building clearance and demolition; general construction, façade and metalwork; timber structures; roofing and waterproofing; and external timber joinery. The works are scheduled to last 17 months.
