Annual framework agreement for new and maintenance works in Garches municipal buildings

Summary

The City of Garches is procuring a 12-month framework agreement for new and routine maintenance works in municipal buildings, to maintain them, bring them into compliance, renovate them and adapt them to municipal services’ needs. The procurement is divided into six lots: masonry and related demolition, plastering, partition and tiling works; painting, façade works, glazing and floor coverings; internal joinery; suspended ceilings and movable partitions; electrical, sanitary plumbing and ventilation works, including alarms; and waterproofing of roofs and roof terraces. The estimated values of the lots are €400,000, €400,000, €200,000, €200,000, €300,000 and €200,000, respectively.
