Nursing home extension and construction of a 12-bed protected unit

Summary

The Maison de la Forêt nursing home in Perreux will be extended with a 12-bed protected living unit, including a living area and service rooms, as well as five rooms and a lounge on the upper floor. The extension will increase the home’s capacity from 50 to 62 beds and add 493 m² of usable floor area. The work will take place alongside the occupied, operational nursing home and is divided into 13 lots covering, among other things, earthworks and landscaping, structural works and demolition, roofing and façade works, windows and doors, interior finishes, flooring, heating, ventilation and plumbing, and electrical works.
