Rehabilitation of the socio-cultural centre

Summary

The Commune of Saint-Dizier is procuring the rehabilitation of its socio-cultural centre in Saint-Dizier. The works are divided into nine lots: asbestos and lead removal; demolition and structural works; external joinery and metalwork; facade treatment; internal joinery, plastering and suspended ceilings; plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning; electrical works; floor and wall coverings; and a lift. The anticipated overall duration is 9 months, including 1.5 months of preparation and 7.5 months of construction work.
