Study on the Renovation and Modification of Networks

Summary

The Tarbes-Lourdes Hospital Centre is commissioning a feasibility study on separating the utility networks, including fluid and electricity networks, in four buildings in central Vic-en-Bigorre, to enable the buildings to be sold together or separately. The contract comprises five stages: the base stage assesses existing conditions, develops scenarios, and provides a legal and regulatory analysis, financial estimates, and recommendations. Four conditional stages cover the preparation of project and tender documents, drawings, and tender analysis for each building.
