Rehabilitation of Building 19 in Libourne for a Civil Security Regiment

Summary

The South-West regional administration of the French Ministry of the Interior is procuring asbestos removal and rehabilitation works at Building 19 in Libourne, a former tank hangar, for use by the 4th Civil Security Training and Response Regiment. The contract is divided into five lots: asbestos removal, demolition and structural works; roofing and sheet-metal work; joinery and metalwork; plastering, suspended ceilings, insulation, painting, resilient flooring and tiling; and electrical and plumbing works. The firm and optional phases of Lot 1 cover work at Building 19 and asbestos removal and selective demolition at the EPF hangars. The estimated total value ranges from EUR 100,000 to EUR 5,400,000.
