The French Ministry of the Interior is procuring real-time human DNA quantification equipment, its control software, associated maintenance, quantification reagents and related consumables for the National Forensic Police Service’s laboratories. The single-lot framework agreement also covers installation-related labour and travel, and training. It runs for 48 months, with an estimated total value of EUR 3.7 million excluding VAT and a contractual maximum of EUR 11.1 million excluding VAT.
