Lease of a hematology analyzer with reagent deliveries

Summary

The procurement covers the 36-month lease of one hematology analyzer and the supply of compatible reagents and consumables. The estimated annual requirement is approximately 18,000 blood count tests and 7,800 erythrocyte sedimentation rate tests. Reagents will be supplied against orders; the standard delivery period is up to 5 working days and urgent deliveries are due within 72 hours. The analyzer is planned to be delivered, installed and commissioned on 6 November 2026 or at a mutually agreed time, no later than 7 days after contract signature. The supplier must provide reagents for 2,000 tests with the analyzer and train the customer’s staff free of charge, supplying materials for approximately 300 test runs. The analyzer must perform automated blood counts with differential analysis, including at least 70 tests per hour in CBC+5DIFF mode, and automated ESR testing. All reagents must be compatible with the analyzer. At its own expense, the supplier must integrate the equipment with the customer’s laboratory information system so that orders and results can be exchanged automatically in both directions. The supplier is also responsible for warranty, maintenance and repairs, and must provide prompt service and repairs in the event of a failure; if repair takes longer, a compatible replacement analyzer or testing at another facility must be provided. The contract is not divided into lots, and bids must cover the entire requirement. The bid must include a technical description and a priced list of all required reagents and control materials. The bidder must demonstrate relevant experience with at least two previous contracts for leasing an analyzer and supplying reagents: each worth at least PLN 50,000 gross and performed or ongoing during the previous 2 years. Products must be authorised for sale and use and have at least 12 months of remaining usability. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 8 October 2026. Price is worth up to 60 points and non-price technical features up to 40 points.
