Summary

GCS UniHA is procuring video-surgery, video-endoscopy and video-management equipment and solutions, together with consumables, accessories and related services, for its member healthcare institutions. The framework agreement is divided into 41 single-supplier lots covering, among other items, surgical and endoscopy systems, specialty-specific columns and scopes, video-management solutions, equipment fleet management and brand-specific components. The agreement has no minimum order quantity and an overall maximum value of EUR 438.8 million; acquisition may take the form of purchase, rental, lease with purchase option, provision for use or subscription.
