Cleaning services for administrative premises

Summary

The contract covers cleaning and maintenance of SPL APPROV’HALLES’s administrative premises and outdoor areas in Provins. The work includes offices on three floors, circulation areas, staircases, the lift, changing rooms and washrooms, meeting and break rooms, the terrace, windows and outdoor areas, as well as waste handling and replenishment of sanitary and hygiene supplies. The site comprises approximately 1,200 m² of indoor space, 1,000 m² of outdoor area and around 400 m² of glazing. Cleaning is scheduled Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., or four hours per day and 20 hours per week; typically 60–80 people are present on site. Recurring work is paid at a monthly lump sum, while occasional tasks are ordered and paid at unit rates. The initial contract term is 24 months, with one possible 12-month extension, for a maximum total term of 36 months. The contractor must ensure service continuity during staff absences and maintain the required quality. A site visit is compulsory before bid submission. Price accounts for 40% of the evaluation, service organisation and quality for 50%, and environmental performance for 10%.
