Preventive maintenance of buildings of Laval's Social Action Centre

Summary

The tender covers preventive maintenance and inspections for buildings of Laval's social action centre, divided into seven lots: heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and hot-water equipment; fire-fighting equipment; automatic doors and automation; fire safety systems; maintenance and remote monitoring of intrusion and fire detection systems; Legionella sampling and analysis; and periodic inspections of electrical, gas, fire safety and lift systems. This is a single-supplier framework agreement under which orders will be issued as needs arise. There is no minimum spend; the annual ceilings excluding VAT are EUR 3,750, 1,000, 1,250, 15,500, 2,200, 1,250 and 6,500 respectively for lots 1 to 7. The contract starts in 2027 and may be renewed three times for one year each. Bids must include a technical memorandum covering proposed equipment, staff, work organisation, reporting and scheduling, and the required annex must be completed. Price is scored out of 40 points, technical quality out of 50, and environmental measures out of 10. For Legionella sampling, the laboratory must be accredited for the relevant parameter, and samples must be taken within 24 hours of an order.
