Summary

The tender concerns customs assistance and advice, as well as the optimisation of logistics flows at the Port of Boulogne-Calais. The work is intended to strengthen compliance with customs, sanitary, phytosanitary and veterinary requirements, establish procedures and support strategic changes affecting port activities, including those related to Brexit and international trade. It also includes improving coordination among parties involved in border controls and working with other consultants on the Port of Calais SMART PORT flow management system. This is a framework agreement to be implemented through contracts and orders issued in accordance with the tender documents, with payment based on unit prices. The term is 12 months, and the agreement may be renewed under the conditions set out in the tender documents. The estimated value is EUR 120,000, including all renewal periods.
