Call for project proposals from developers for the Taillefer and Dalbert blocks – urban renewal of the northern entrance to Marguerittes

Summary

The municipality of Marguerittes is inviting developers, social housing providers and/or multidisciplinary groups to plan and deliver an integrated development of the Taillefer and Dalbert blocks in the northern part of the town. The aim is to upgrade the northern entrance to the town and initiate urban renewal in the De Marcieu district by creating a varied housing offer suited to young households and older people, while promoting social and urban diversity. The project must also address supported rental housing, opportunities for professional activities, parking optimisation and limiting soil sealing, while ensuring environmental quality and long-term economic balance. The deadline for submitting proposals is 11 December 2026 at 12:00.
