Assistance with the renewal of insurance contracts

Summary

Montpellier’s social welfare centre is seeking consultancy services to renew its insurance contracts. The work covers assessing the current contracts and assisting with the preparation and conduct of the new insurance procurement, including drafting the tender documents, analysing bids and awarding the contract. The procurement is divided into seven lots: property damage, civil liability, legal expenses, motor fleet, statutory risks, repatriation and personal accident cover for elected officials, and cybersecurity. The procurement also includes an option for annual monitoring of the insurance contracts. The contract will run for 60 months. Bidders must provide evidence of professional liability insurance or an appropriate bank statement, information on their average workforce and management staff for the previous year, and a list of their main services performed during the previous year. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 22 October 2026.
