Feasibility study and programming for the refurbishment of the Amicale Laïque building

Summary

The tender concerns preparatory services for the refurbishment of the Amicale Laïque building at the Saint-Pée sports grounds in Oloron-Sainte-Marie. The consultant will assess the existing building and users’ needs, prepare a feasibility study with alternative layouts and a comparison, and develop a detailed architectural, technical and environmental programme based on the selected option. The work also includes cost estimates, whole-life cost analysis, scheduling and phasing. Planned uses include storage for associations and staff, compliant facilities, a reception and multi-purpose sports room, meeting and office rooms, and repairs to the external terrace waterproofing.
