Summary

The tender covers the refurbishment of a building and construction of a new building in the town centre of Jonage, at Place du Général de Gaulle. It is divided into Lots 5–11: 5) plastering, painting, insulation, linings and partitions (EUR 149,000); 6) flooring and tiling, including PVC flooring and ceramic tiles (EUR 62,000); 7) internal doors, cupboards and kitchens (EUR 111,500); 8) façade rendering (EUR 113,500); 9) metalwork, including handrails, railings, doors and a glass roof (EUR 60,500); 10) electrical installations for power and communications (EUR 201,500); and 11) plumbing, heating, cooling and ventilation (EUR 102,500). The estimated total value of the lots is EUR 800,500. The works are scheduled to last 8 months. The deadline for submission of tenders is 26 October 2026 at 12:00.
