Sports, wellbeing and quality-of-working-life services for CPAM Gironde staff

Summary

The Gironde Primary Health Insurance Fund (CPAM de la Gironde) is procuring a comprehensive sports, wellbeing and quality-of-working-life service for its staff. The service must provide year-round, uninterrupted access to a network of sports and wellbeing facilities, including fitness, weight training, group activities, specialist studios, relaxation and wellbeing services; the bid must also address on-demand recorded sessions. Services must be available throughout the Gironde at a minimum; nationwide coverage is an advantage. This is a single-provider framework agreement under which orders will be placed. The initial term is one year from notification, with three possible one-year renewals, for a maximum total term of four years. There is no minimum spend; the estimated annual value is approximately EUR 33,000 excluding VAT and the total ceiling is EUR 140,000 excluding VAT. Bids are evaluated on price (60 points) and technical quality (40 points). Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 noon on 30 October 2026. Bidders must provide the required capacity information and a complete, signed bid package, including the completed technical response and two sample reports.
