Festive food parcels and chocolates for elderly or isolated residents of Antibes in 2027

Summary

The tender covers the preparation and delivery of festive food parcels and Christmas chocolates in 2027 for elderly or isolated people in the municipality of Antibes Juan-les-Pins. It is divided into six lots: Easter, 14 July and Christmas food parcels; festive parcels with and without alcohol under the “Breaking Loneliness” category; and Christmas chocolates. The framework agreement runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027. For each lot, it will be concluded with up to five suppliers, provided there are enough suitable tenders. The minimum and maximum order quantities are set out in the contract conditions. When a need arises, the framework suppliers will be invited to compete again. The framework agreement will be assessed on technical merit (60%), price (30%) and sustainability approach (10%); the subsequent competition will assess technical merit at 60% and price at 40%. The deadline for tenders is 30 October 2026 at 12:00. If bidding as a consortium, it must assume joint and several liability after award.
