Service cards for dry-cleaning and minor alteration services in the Var department

Summary

The Var department is procuring service cards that allow its staff to use dry-cleaning services and, occasionally, minor sewing, hemming and alteration services. Participating dry cleaners must be located in the Var department, particularly in the Toulon, Brignoles and Draguignan areas. Items to be cleaned mainly include suit trousers and jackets, shirts, ties, skirts, dresses, polo shirts and coats, as well as towels and household or ceremonial linen requiring delicate care. Approximately 100 employees currently use the service. The average monthly allowance is 150 points per employee, with individual allowances ranging from 50 to about 390 points. The contract runs for 12 months and may be tacitly renewed twice for one year each. The estimated value is EUR 5,000–29,000 excluding VAT. Invoices are issued monthly for services actually provided; unused points are not charged, and invoices must include a breakdown of consumption by employee category. Bids must be submitted electronically by 6 November 2026 at 16:00. Bids will be evaluated on technical merit (55%), price (30%) and environmental performance (15%).
