Fuel cards for Destination Baie de Somme vehicles

Summary

The procurement is for a four-year framework agreement to supply fuel cards and related services for vehicles operated by Destination Baie de Somme. The products are diesel, SP 95 petrol (E5 and E10), SP 98 petrol (E5) and AdBlue. The cards must also provide access to motorway and parking tolls, and, where available, car washing and fuel selection. The agreement has a maximum value of EUR 180,000 excluding VAT, with purchases made through purchase orders. The provider must ensure nationwide service-station coverage and at least one station selling all required fuel types within 20 km of each of the authority’s sites. Each vehicle needs an individual card and confidential code. An online management portal must enable transaction and consumption monitoring, card controls, alerts for irregular activity, and card ordering or cancellation. Bids must be submitted electronically in French by 23 October 2026 at 12:00. The evaluation weights are price 60%, environmental performance 10% and technical merit 30%.
