Acquisition, installation and commissioning of a high-throughput phenotyping cabin for potted woody plants

Summary

CTIFL is procuring a complete solution, with an indicative budget of EUR 210,000 excluding VAT, comprising a high-throughput phenotyping cabin for analysing potted woody plants. The contract covers supply to CTIFL’s Lanxade site, installation, initial calibration, commissioning and user training. The equipment must measure plant height and width, projected canopy area or an equivalent growth indicator, green fraction or an equivalent colour indicator, approximate above-ground volume, stem or trunk diameter, and foliage temperature. The solution must support repeatable, traceable measurements and the processing, storage and export of data, and must be suitable for use under cover in conditions of high temperature and humidity. Bidders must submit a technical description, equipment and sensor information, and a detailed financial offer that separates the base offer from options, licences and recurring costs. Offers are assessed on technical merit (60 points) and price (40 points). The application must include, among other items, a company and assigned-staff presentation, turnover information for the three latest available financial years, and references to similar work completed during the previous three years. No minimum turnover or capacity threshold is specified. Offers must be submitted electronically by 27 October 2026 at 14:00. Delivery to Lanxade is due by May 2027, and the equipment must be fully operational no later than the end of 2027.
