Tender detail
Acceptance testing of new sewerage networks
Summary
The procurement covers acceptance testing of new wastewater sewer networks in Lesparre-Médoc as part of works planned for 2027–2031. Before the works are accepted, the contractor must clean the pipes and connections, carry out CCTV inspections, perform leak-tightness tests and check backfill compaction. The inspections must identify defects in pipes, connections and manholes, among other elements; tightness testing must follow standard NF EN 1610. Results must be delivered in the required reports and video recordings. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers work carried out in open trenches, and Lot 2 covers trenchless work. Each lot includes a firm tranche and annual optional tranches; the optional work is not guaranteed. The deadline for tenders is 30 October 2026 at 12:00, and tenders must be submitted electronically. A site visit is mandatory. Technical quality accounts for 40% of the evaluation and price for 60%. A compliant base offer is required, while properly described and priced variants are permitted.
